Product Description
When ordering paneling you must approve a sample of the product before we can process your order.
The panels are shipped on a Common Carrier truck (an 18-wheeler) because the pallets are too large to ship UPS or FedEx. When we have a residential delivery, the carrier will phone as the shipment nears its destination terminal to make a curbside, at the street, delivery appointment. You should have able-bodies people there to help with the delivery. You should also perform a shipping damage inspection, and you'll need someone to help you move product from the curb up to the house. Normally, residential deliveries will be on a truck with a lift-gate to help bring the paneling skid to the ground.

This beaded plywood paneling has a birch veneer to provide the classic, timeless look of Beadboard. The panels are double beaded every 2 inches and are ready to finish with either a primer and paint or a stain ... your choice!
General Specifications of our 4' x 8' panels:
- 48"Wide x 96"Tall x 5.2mm (about 1/4")
- Genuine Birch veneer on a real plywood core for longevity
- Interior use, only
- 5.2mm paneling has structural Strength and may be affixed directly to studs
- Minimum Purchase is seven 4x8 Sheets whether full size, or cut

Best Panel for Making Beaded Shaker Cabinet Doors

I searched all over to find the right beaded panel to make inserts for my new cabinet doors. I found Mantelcraft online and ordered the 15 panel that I needed. They arrived quickly and were perfect. They shipped the panel UPS and they were delivered to my door with no issues. Overall a very satisfying product from a good company.

This is exactly what I needed for a 1906 house. The packaging was thorough and ensured my 4 sheets of beadboard arrived perfectly from Alabama to San Diego. This is a high quality product, well worth the price.
