I am beyond satisfied and it looks amazing!

I purchased the Boxwood Mantle Shelf in a custom length (since my fireplace wall was an odd width that no typical mantle shelf would properly fit), and I am beyond satisfied. The customer service from start to finish was fantastic, and the piece was built and delivered in two weeks as promised on the website. It arrived very carefully packaged, and the best part is that the craftsmanship of the piece is exquisite! It looks like one solid beam of wood. Installation was easy, even considering the bow in our wall, we were able to get the mantle installed securely, and it looks amazing. It completely changes the look of the fireplace, and finally gives it that finishing touch that it's been lacking the last few years. The price was also beyond reasonable, especially considering shipping was included (and such a heavy piece!). Now I can finally have a mantle to decorate for Christmas! Thank you to all the staff.
