The St. Simon Wood Fireplace Mantel is truly a premium designed product at an everyday affordable price! It has many high end features, like recessed panel legs, tiered/crowned boxes with decorative lantern appliques, and an elaborate lantern applique in its center frieze. There is scale dentil molding under the top shelf. This mantel is available in six wood types and a number of finish options for you. We will leave off any appliques if you just ask and if you are looking for an overmantel to frame a flat screen tv, click the alternate image above! An overmantel is two mantels, one installed above the other.

Step 2. Determine Mantel Size.
Wood mantels sizing involves 3 dimensions: the
mantel opening width, opening height, and mantel return. To determine your mantel size follow these basic guidelines:
 Precise Mantel Opening Width
Equals Facing Width "B" less
(minimum) 1"
Precise Mantel Opening Height
Equals Facing Height F less (minimum) 1/2"
Precise Mantel Return
Your Facing Thickness I plus (minimum) 1/2"
Note: The mantel overlaps (fits in front of) the outside edges of the facing. Your mantel size may need to be
adapted to account for the wall width or the hearth configuration.
Step 3. Enter Measurements, Comments, Wood, Finish & Sizing Options.
Simply
