Golden sand has a slight dimensional look to it, with multiple shades of beige and taupe, an occasional black fleck, along with rust-gold flecks. Our black cleft slate gives you a professional designer look for your fireplace.  It is an affordable option for your fireplace. Slate is a timeless, and in the black color, it goes with any decor theme. Typical of black slate, ours has a medium charcoal grey coloring that will darken if you seal it.
